I lead corporate communications and marketing in environments where certainty is rare — war, crisis, and large-scale transformation — helping organisations protect trust, align leadership, and stay credible when pressure is highest.
As Head of Corporate Communications at Henkel, I've spent 16 years building and protecting reputation across markets — including 1.5 years embedded in Henkel's EMEA steering team in Düsseldorf, leading global projects and communications initiatives across 17 countries. My background spans corporate communications, B2B and B2C marketing, and social responsibility, which means I understand how business decisions get made — and how communication either accelerates or undermines them.
I've guided leaders through moments where communication wasn't about messaging, but about judgement: when to speak, how to listen, and what responsibility looks like in real time. That experience — leading through war, COVID, and systemic uncertainty — has shaped how I think about reputation not as a brand asset, but as an organisational discipline.
Today, I'm particularly focused on how communications and marketing evolve in the tech and AI era — where digital transformation demands new narratives, technology accelerates visibility, and only integrity sustains reputation. I work at the intersection of corporate communications, B2B marketing, and organisational leadership, and I'm open to conversations where these disciplines meet.
